Objective 2 - Assessing the Human Drivers within Organisational Structures
Objective Leader: Dr Jeff Foote (Environmental Science & Research Ltd)
The primary goal within this objective is to understand the context, drivers and barriers to sustainable practices and for industries, and the workers within these, to use this “self” knowledge to analyse their own problems and generate innovative new solutions based on sustainability. In the first three years of the programme the research will focus around the meat value chain, as a relatively simple system. Years 4-6 are likely to focus on the wool value chain as an example of a more complicated pipe-line.
