2000-2001 Environmental Accounting Case Studies - $70,000

This project was sponsored by Ministry for the Environment's SustainableManagement Fund, Auckland Regional Council, and Waikato Regional Council. It involves demonstrating the use of EcoLink database through two case studies.

The first of these studies investigated the implications of land-use changes in the Lake Taupo catchment, the second case study establishes a monitoring system for the Auckland Regional Growth Forum Strategy. This project was undertaken by McDermott Fairgray Group Ltd (Dr Philip McDermott, Mr Garry McDonald) and Massey University (Dr Murray Patterson).
